Transmission Maintenance Options

Transmission service: This consists, at the minimum, of only changing the fluid in some transmissions. For the most part it is changing fluid, filter, and gasket. On a few transmissions, there are two filters. This is recommended for most applications.

Transmission flush: The regular trans service with the addition of changing all the fluid in the system.
